Share pages with your team to enable collaboration. Control who can view and edit each page for secure teamwork.

Sharing a Page

To share a page with your team:

  1. 1Open the page you want to share
  2. 2Go to Page Settings
  3. 3Select "Share with Team"
  4. 4Choose the team to share with
  5. 5Click "Share"

Shared Page Permissions

When a page is shared, team member access is based on their role:

  • Admins and Members can edit the page
  • Viewers can only view the page
  • The page owner retains full control

Unsharing a Page

To stop sharing a page, go to Page Settings and click "Remove from Team". Team members will immediately lose access.

Shared vs. Personal Pages

Shared pages appear in both your personal dashboard and the team dashboard. Personal pages remain private unless explicitly shared.

Tip: Use a naming convention to distinguish team pages (e.g., "[Team] Campaign Page").
